Regina spent twelve years building learning and leadership programs inside companies before coaching full time. She came up through sales, which means she is less interested in theory and more interested in what you can use on Thursday. She is an ICF ACC coach and CPTD certified.

Who We Are

We started Pathory because most leadership development stops right before the part that matters.

Plenty of programs will hand you a model. Very few sit with you while you decide what to do with it. We coach leaders through the moments that shape a career: the promotion you are not sure you want, the team that is not performing, the version of yourself you keep deferring. The work is practical, and it is yours to own.
