For teams & organizations
Bring Pathory to your leaders
Workshops, cohort coaching, and platform access for the people carrying your hardest decisions. Built from twenty years inside corporate learning and development, not from a slide deck about it.
Who this is for
You have strong people who were never taught the part that gets hard.
Most organizations promote for delivery and then hope leadership shows up on its own. It usually does not. The gap shows up as slow decisions, avoided conversations, and managers who are still doing the job they were promoted out of. That is the work I do with teams.
Ways to work together
Workshops & keynotes
Half-day and 90-minute sessions on the moments that actually strain a leadership team: decisions under pressure, hard conversations, leading through a reorg, and the shift from managing tasks to leading people.
Cohort coaching
A group of six to twelve leaders moving through the same coaching journey together, with group sessions and individual work in between. Useful when you are developing a bench, not one person.
Clarity Studio for teams
Seat-based access to our private member platform so development keeps running between sessions. Worksheets, a between-sessions coach, and a growth view each leader owns.
Sponsor-ready reporting
Aggregate, anonymized engagement and progress reporting for the sponsor, with individual reflections kept confidential to the leader. You see momentum without reading anyone's journal.

How an engagement runs
Scoping call
We name the business problem behind the request. Not 'leadership training,' but what is actually breaking down and for whom.
Design
We map the work to the coaching journey: Ready, Reflect, Reframe, Lead, Sustain. You get a written plan with session structure and success measures before anything is booked.
Deliver
Workshops, cohort sessions, or 1:1 partnerships, with Clarity Studio holding the work in between so nothing evaporates the week after.
Report & sustain
A closing review with the sponsor on what moved, what is still open, and what the team should own going forward.
The business case
As AI takes the tasks, judgment becomes the job
The work is changing faster than the people leading it were prepared for. These are published industry findings, not Pathory results. We include them because sponsors usually need a number before they can say yes.
