Pathory Partners ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use pathorypartners.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email, and the contents of any reflection prompts, contact form messages, or coaching inquiries you submit.
- Member portal data (clients only) — coaching journal entries, reflections, mood inputs, and growth metrics you create inside the portal.
- Basic technical data — your browser type and IP address, used only to keep the site secure and operational. We do not run advertising trackers or profiling cookies.
How we use it
- To deliver the Clarity Starter summary you requested.
- To respond to coaching inquiries and contact form messages.
- To operate the private Member Portal for active coaching clients.
- To send transactional notifications you've asked for (e.g., your reflection summary, account-related messages).
- For internal weekly reporting of new Clarity Starter completions to our team.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Service providers we use
To run the site we share limited data with the following processors, each under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Lovable Cloud — hosting and database for the website and member portal.
- Resend — sending the transactional emails listed above.
- Lovable AI Gateway — generating your Clarity Starter summary from the reflections you submit. Reflections are processed for the purpose of producing your summary and are not used to train third-party AI models.
How long we keep your data
- Clarity Starter lead records (name, email, completion date) are kept while you remain a contact, and removed on request.
- Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months unless an active coaching relationship continues.
- Member portal data is kept for the duration of your engagement and removed within 90 days of your request after the engagement ends.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR, California under CPRA, and other US state privacy laws), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time for anything you previously opted into.
To exercise any of these rights, use our Data Request form or email story@pathorypartners.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data — encrypted connections, access controls, and regular updates to our infrastructure. No internet service is 100% secure; please do not share information you would not want others to see.
Updates to this policy
If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
