    Who we are

    Pathory Partners is a leadership development and coaching practice. Coaching with us is professional development — it is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

    Use of the Services

    • You agree to provide accurate information when you submit forms or join the member portal.
    • You agree not to misuse the Services — no scraping, attacking the platform, or attempting to access accounts that aren't yours.
    • The free tools (such as the Clarity Starter, articles, and resources) are provided "as is" for self-reflection and education.

    AI-assisted summaries

    The Clarity Starter and certain member portal features use AI to generate summaries and reflective prompts. AI output may not be perfect or complete, and is not a substitute for working with a qualified professional. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on it.

    Coaching engagements

    Paid coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement we provide before any program begins. Nothing on this website constitutes such an agreement.

    Intellectual property

    All content on this site — including the Pathory Partners name, logo, frameworks, articles, and tools — is owned by Pathory Partners. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution; please don't republish substantial content without written permission.

    Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathory Partners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
